This article outlines how to locate your email address from the Mozy software. For help on resetting your password, see Password reset email was never received. If you are still unable to log into your account, click on the Login Help Form link below to contact Support about login issues.
To find the account's email address:
Windows
Right-click on the Mozy icon ( /
) in the system tray (usually by the clock) and select About.
MozyHome & MozyHome Free
MozyPro - When logging in, you must sign in as an administrator on the account.
Mac (MozyHome & MozyHome Free Only)
- Click on the Mozy icon
, then select Open MozyHome Preferences.
- Select the Summary tab. Your e-mail address will be listed at the top.
Mac (MozyPro)
If you only have Mac computers on your MozyPro account, please use the Login Help Form to recover your administrator's email address.
Other Possible Account Issues
- If you just created your account and have misspelled the email address, see What if I misspelled my email address when I signed up?
- If you have attempted to reset the password, and didn't receive the password reset email, see Password reset email was never received.
- If you know your email address and password and you still cannot log in, your account might have become locked.
- If you know your email address and password and are successful in logging in online, but the backups will not run, you may need to update the login credentials for the backup client.
