Known Issues

When installing the backup software on Windows 7 (or later), you might get an error indicating the backup software cannot be installed because a driver is not properly digitally signed. This is followed by an error indicating mozyprofilter cannot be started. This is caused by a change to the way Windows handles security. The work around is to install the KB3033929 patch (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3033929).
