- Log in to your account at https://secure.mozy.com.
- Select Search/List Machines under Users.
- Click the Machine name that you wish to restore files from.
- Click the Restore files in blue over on the right a new window should open.
- Select the device you wish to restore files from by clicking on its name.
- Check off the files or folders that you wish to restore, you can open a folder to see its contents by clicking on the folder name to open it.
- Select the Large Download Options over on the right.
- A new window will come up, create a name for the restore then click Next.
- Select the restore option that you wish to use, for this step we are going to use the Recommended: Download using the Mozy Restore Manager option, then click Next.
- Click the Download the Mozy Restore Manager to begin the download.
- Select Run.
- Once the installation is complete select the Begin Download option from the browser window.
- A prompt will appear select the option to Open the file.
- Choose a restore location and then hit Next and then Finish to begin the restore.
- The restore progress will show in the window and will prompt when it is complete.
