- Right-click the Mozy icon and select Restore Files.
Note: If you cannot select Restore Files, perform a backup and when the backup is complete try again.
- Find the file that you want to restore by using the search and navigation options.
- Select the file or files you wish to restore.
- If you want to save the files in a new directory, click on the Browse... button then select where to store the files. If a new location is not selected, files will be restored to their original locations.
- If you want to overwrite existing files, select Overwrite existing files.
- Click Restore Files to restore the files.
- Wait for a Mozy Status window to appear, that is where you can view the current status of your restore. At that point, you can then close out of the Mozy Settings window and allow your restore to run until it is complete.

Note: When you are running a restore, it is important that you keep your computer turned on as well as disable your sleep mode until it has completed; so that your restore does not get interrupted.
