Creating a web restore:

1. Log in to your account at https://mozy.com/login.

Note: For MozyHome please skip down to step 5.

2. As a MozyPro admin click on Search/List Machines to display the machines on your  account.

3. Click on the computer's name.
4. Click on the Restore Files link, across from the machine's name.

5. Click on the name of computer from which you need to restore files.

6. Select a backup date to restore from using Change Date option or select Include Deleted Files to include all available files from all dates. If you do not specify a date, you can restore the files available from the last backup.

7. Select files and folders to restore by checking the box next to the file/folder, view the content of a folder by clicking the folder name.

8. When finished selecting data, click Large Download Options.

9. Enter a name for your restore, and click Next button.

10. Choose a restore method to restore your files. You can choose to use the Recommended Download using the Mozy Restore Manager method, the Download Compressed Archives, or the Ship on Media (fee associated) restore option.

11. Click Next button and follow steps from one of the below links :
    • Download Files with Mozy Restore Manager
    • Download Compressed Archives 
    • Ship on Media ( fee associated)
