How can I request a refund for the time Mozy wasn't working?

It is the responsibility of a user to ensure Mozy's software continues to backup successfully by resolving issues or contacting support, if necessary. With this in mind, it is not Mozy's policy to issue refunds for the time a machine was not properly backing up data.  For more information regarding our refund policies, please see our Payments and Refunds policy.
