You are welcome to change the payment option at any time. The change will take effect the next time your subscription renews. For example, you can upgrade from being billed monthly to annually. The benefit of doing this is annual subscriptions receive one month free and biennial subscriptions receive three months free.
To change your billing option, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at https://mozy.com/login.
- Navigate to Resources > Billing Information.
- Under Next Renewal, click on the Change button next to Period and select the new option.
