How can I change my MozyHome billing option?

You are welcome to change the payment option at any time. The change will take effect the next time your subscription renews. For example, you can upgrade from being billed monthly to annually. The benefit of doing this is annual subscriptions receive one month free and biennial subscriptions receive three months free. 

To change your billing option, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account at https://mozy.com/login.
  2. Click on My Plan
  3. Click on Change Renewal Plan
  4. Select the new option (For an overview of the current plans, please click here)

Currently there is no option to directly downgrade. For example: Changing from being billed biannually to annually.  To downgrade your payment option you will need to open a case with Mozy technical support.
