MozyHome subscriptions can be transfered from one account to another. Doing so will cause the account that the subscription is being transfered from to become a 2GB MozyHome Free account and the receiving account to be responsible for renewing the subsciption.
To do this you must contact support. Make sure that you have the following information ready:
- Email address of the account that you are transferring from.
- Email address of the account that you are transferring to.
- Last 4-digits of the card the subscription was billed to.
If you are a business and mistakenly signed up for a MozyHome account or are a MozyHome user that would like to upgrade to MozyPro you should contact MozyPro sales at 1-877-MOZYPRO (669-9776) to set up your account and have the credit applied.
Note: Transferring a subscription will NOT transfer the data backed up on an account.
