Can I mail my hard drive to Mozy to be backed up?

Unfortunately no, you can not mail us your hard drive to us for a backup, however, MozyPro offers a feature called Data Shuttle, a data seeding service. A Data Shuttle is usually requested when there is a concern about the time it takes for the initial upload to the Mozy servers. When a Data Shuttle is ordered, Mozy ships a hard drive to you to be used for backing up. After backing up to the hard drive, you then ship the drive back to us, and we upload the encrypted files to our servers.
