Yes, it is possible to obtain a refund on a card other than the card from which it was charged for any account that is eligible for a refund.
To update the credit card on your account, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your account at https://mozy.com/login. If you are not taken directly to the account page, click on your name in the upper-right corner, and then choose Manage Account.
- Click My Profile on the left.
- Locate Credit Card near the bottom of the profile screen, then click Change. Update the card on your account to the card which you would like the refund to go to.
- Contact Support to request a refund.
If you are planning on closing your Mozy account, you will want to make sure that you update the billing information before you complete the cancellation or we will only be able to issue the refund back to the card which we currently have on file. Please review our refund policy to see if you are eligible for a refund for the account.
