To force Mozy Sync to look for updates to files in the sync folder or in other word re-synchronize the folder:
- Right-click on your Mozy Sync icon in the task bar.
- Select Pause.
- Again right-click on your Mozy Sync icon in the task bar.
- Select Resume.
Any changes to files that were made and not yet showing up in your sync folder should now be found. If this does not resolve your issue, contact support.
