How do I check the version of the Mozy Backup software I am running on my computer?

To view the Mozy backup software version that you are running on your computer:

Windows

  1. Right-click on the Mozy Icon Windows icon located in your taskbar.
  2. Select About.

Mac

  1. Click on the Mozy icon MozyHome icon on the right-hand side of your menu bar.
  2. Click Open MozyPro Preferences... The version is located in the lower left corner of this window.

The latest version of the Mozy backup software can be downloaded from the following links:

MozyPro: For information on downloading the MozyPro Client, click http://mozy.com/pro/download.
MozyHome: For information on downloading the MozyHome client, click http://mozy.com/home/download.
