If you haven't already requested your files to be restored, complete the steps in this article and choose Archive Package as the restore method.
After selecting Archive Package as the download method for your restore, the restore will appear under Event History.
To start the download from Event History:
- Click the Details icon.
- Click the Download Restore link. If there are multiple file packages in the restore, download each of them to the same location.
- Once they have all been downloaded, you can use the Mozy Restore Manager to extract the archives, or another application such as Winzip or 7Zip.
