Log Upload

The Mozy Log Analyzer generates a report which gives valuable insight into the status of your backups and recommends any solutions to problems it finds.

All information provided by this tool is given in good faith. Mozy accepts no liability for the consequences of any actions taken on the basis of the information provided by the Log Analyzer.

Windows

  1. Hold down Windows key and the R key to open the Windows menu
  2. Copy the path and paste it into the Menu search bar:
    • MozyHome - C:\Program Files\MozyHome\Data\
    • MozyPro - C:\Program Files\MozyPro\Data\
  3. Click on Ok
  4. The log file will appear as either mozy or mozypro depending on your subscription type

Mac

  1. Open Finder
  2. Select Go from the Taskbar
  3. Select Go to folder from the dropdown menu
  4. Copy the path and paste it into the Go To Folder :
    • MozyHome - /Library/Logs/MozyHome.log
    • MozyPro - /Library/Logs/MozyPro.log
  5. Select Go
  6. The file name should either appear as MozyPro.log or MozyHome.log
